Im jus wondering because i will be getting my truck melodious soon . and im jus stuck over these two vehicles. but i was told that dodge is much stronger. give me ur opinion. thanks.

Peradventure faster. But anyone that has a brain know that trucks aren't judged on how fast they are. Its Off road performance, gripping power, and torque. How much sit you can haul. Not how fast it is.
The Chevy definitly looks tougher than the Ram, but ram is unique.
Both great trucks, America's specialty.. Trucks. If i were you though... get a Ford!

my truck will never start up the first every now if its left sitting. If i turn the key to accessory and let the fuel pump run all three times it will fire right up but if i try to start it the first culture it cranks but will not turn over. I replaced my fuel pump and wire harness at 100,000 miles on my 2002 chevy silverado 2500 HD and i substitute for my fuel filter regularly
2002 chevy silverado 2500HD if i try to start my truck it cranks but will not turn over. but if i turn the key to accessory and then off three times and let the fuel examine run all three times it will fire right up you can actually hear it when its ready to go. i replaced my fuel pump at 100,000 miles along with the wire harness and i transformation my fuel filter regularly this is a recent problem and ive put another 30,000 miles on the truck since the fuel pump was replaced. there are no care codes or check engine lights.
Dose anybody own a 6.0l chevy truck and if so amount anyone know an affordable way to get some good power out of this motor. I don't wanna supercharge it so im looking for experience here. there not a big after hawk world out for it yet or at least what I have seen.
Well the 6.0l motor is a Gen III/VI motor spirit.. pretty much all performance parts for LS1 engines fit.. I actually cruise junkyards quite often to find these motors to strengthen and sell..

superchevy did a almost identical build with just heads, intake manifold and cam.. and came out with i think 450 hp

I also do not have any parts for it. I was just wondering for future reference.

I have a 2006 Chevy 2500 with a level ride kit. The front is raised to the max and the rear is at stock height. How do I measure for new shocks?

Hi Butch,
To get the right shock length you need to get measurements of ride height, full droop, and compressed lengths. You measure from eye to eye or eye to pin. Once you have these measurements, then you should be able to call up a shock company and get the right shock for your lifted application.
