Does the Older Perrin Twin Tip Exhaust come with a catalytic converter?

i have a 2004 subaru WRX and i was wondering tail this is a catback , does it come with a cat? or does it directly connect to the downpipe?

It's a CATBACK.

It is all the pipes that affiliate to the cat, back.

Which means it does not include the cat, and a simple search of google for "catback" would have explained that to you.

And since you still have all the restrictions of the cat, and pipes before it, a catback exhaust unqualifiedly does very little whatsoever for your car.

It fair-minded connects to the down pipe. The down pipe is where the two cats are on your exhaust. And beware, if it truly is the older model, they are very very loud.

We have recently reported that Subaru is working on a faster version of the BRZ, but not to look for a factory equipped turbocharged version anytime soon. However, Car and Driver is reporting we could be seeing what kind of a supercharged engine that Subaru will be putting in the the BRZ and the WRX in the future.

They know this because Subaru has developed the first supercharged version of the 2.0-liter FA-series four-cylinder naturally aspirated engine that is now used in the 2013 Subaru
