05 subaru impreza 2.5rs sticky situation?

i have an 05 subaru impreza 2.5rs natural, i did take a loan out for it i owe about 6k left and wana sell it on craigslist.but i also want a manual idk if i should either sell it then get a stick car for about like 1000-1500 or unbiased sell my subaru the deal is that i need at least 6 grand to pay it off before i can sign the title over but people are offering me like 5300, i recall my car is worth way more than that, it only has 90k miles what should i do should i get the stick shift and just pay off the subaru and not drive it at all then sell it?? need help fresh opinions please

Intermittent vibration/buzzing while driving 2008 Subaru Impreza 2.5i?

The racket doesn't happen all the time, but when driving and accelerating at about 3rd gear, a really loud vibration and buzzing blast comes from the front right of the vehicle - sounds like behind the dash but could also be just that side under the hood somewhere. It doesn't the feeling any different at that time, it just vibrates and buzzes loudly. What could be causing this? The car has 21,000 miles on it.

What car would u recomend value for money?

well i am 18 and i am getting a new car so right now i am between:
Brand new Subaru Impreza 1.5L Sedan
OR
Used BMW E36 Coupe' 316i

its a honestly tough choice bec i used to like the 2007 impreza the new sedan doesn't look that bad and its AWD with both cars bmw and impreza almost the same payment with almost the same hp the only difference is that one is a new car one is an old
and i love both cars

oh btw also the color i can get both cars Either Red or Silver please put a reason for you choice thx

im looking at current 90s subaru impreza 2.5 rs and all them im looking at got like 110,000 miles or more and was wondering if thats bad for a subaru or if i should stay away from that gentle of miles, or if its ok and still got alot of car left
