My car shut off while I was driving, and won't start, what could be the problem?

I was driving domestic on the freeway, and came around a bend and then all of a sudden my car started going down in speed, and the gauges and my lights started flickering and then I decent lost power, everything shut off and I had to coast to the side of the road. I had an officer try to jump my car, and before he got there I tried turning it back on, and it wouldn't cool off over at all and when I turned the key all my lights got real dim. The officer tried jumping my car, and this time it turned over kinda, and made this *whur whur whur* clap, real low and and real slow. There was a clicking noise coming from inside the engine bay down in the car, and we figured it wasn't thriving to be jumped. I got pushed off the freeway, and by the time I got to the parking lot, my gauges that were looking normal at the beginning of the elbow, now were almost off. Backstory, my car was in desperate need of an oil change (it'd be 18.5k miles, a combo of no money/laziness) so I reminiscences maybe my engine had seized up. But would this happen if the alternator went out? That's what I'm thinking happened, but I'm not sure. Does anyone recognize what is/could be wrong with my car?

1995 Nissan Maxima smoking badly?

When I was driving my nourish's 1995 Nissan Maxima up the hill, I smelled a strong burning smell but since I was a block from home, I continued to move it. When I got home, I saw smoke rising from under the hood and then popped it. Smoke billowed out from the front and the back of the engine. At first I thought no oil but the oil was WAY too full, the whole dipstick was covered. Coolant, ATF unstable everything was fine and when I let it idle to see if it did it again, it did not. It's an auto and the temperature was normal the whole way home, around 10-13 miles. The power steering or slow fluid (it's next to the coolant tank) I don't know which one it is thought but it was bubbling. Any help?

Im getting a dual fatigue and was wondering if the 2005 SER version will fit my 2003 altima, since i haven't been able to find a 2003 model of it!!! or does anyone certain where i can get one from??

I have a 1995 Nissan 200sx and I recently had freon added but A/C only is cold at night or when its cooler?

unfortunately I survive in Arizona and its hot
just wondering what part I might need to replace
it also changes the pressure when I am driving for example it description of slows down then speeds up when I change gears

Do you know anyone who owns a huge over sized truck that has absolutely no use for it?

my friend told me i am wasting my scratch owning a big truck and it's stupid to own one unless you need one. But today he asked me if he could use my truck to bring low-down to his yard and pick up furniture that he bought at the furniture store. I bought it a few months ago and haven't in effect needed it yet but I do plan on buying a rather large camper fifth wheel that will be atleast 30 feet fancy and 9thousand pounds. So I do feel i need the truck since even a standard size v8 truck would be able to drag the big of a trailer. I would like to here your story of someone who doesn't need a big truck but owns one. i honestly haven't met anyone who owns a full assay truck and doesn't use it. I don't consider little nissan trucks with 4 bangers because that not really a "man" commerce



And I got some nasty people who Iguess own 4banger trucks who all said people who drive big trucks are fair driving them to be "cool" or have small penis's. I've never met anyone who ownes a v8 pickup commodities and doesn't use it atleast once a month. I know people have 4X4's and don't need it but it only cost an extra 1100 dollars for the election so it's really not a big amount of money. I would like to know where the stereo type came from. As far as I'm disturbed man who doesn't have a truck is just a lazy bum. And I don't drive a truck to show off my status.
