Mine is a Mercedes 190E. I have changed check pads but the heat still is there. Can it be something serious? Like front bearings or so? What about the ABS system?
they all get hot after you push it for awhile. mine even get hot when i drive it a long time especially if i,am using the brakes a lot.

Zac abs causes a vibration sensation when reacting. transfer heat happens naturally to the front from many things. low air presure in the tires, wrong take it out of type (not rated for the cars weight) disc brakes actually stay pressed to the rotors untill you show up b luxuriate in slightly this is why disc dont require adjustment for wear. front wheel bearings dont tighten up without a myself doing it unless the bearings are freezing up but this condition only worsens with more driving not lessens. as an example of fury transfer is when you turn on your stove and put on a pot of water the heat begins at the flames or heating element then to the pot and from there to any rations in that pan. your wheels do this too.

Growls from front offside when usual around left hand bends. its not a wheel bearing or anything fouling. May be from steering box any ideas before i start pulling things down.

I'm looking to buy some cast-off wheels on Craigslist for my '08 Mercedes E350. The bolt pattern for my car is 112/5 but the wheels I want to buy are from a Dodge Charger whos copy is 115/5. Will these still fit my car?

About 9 months ago I needed new tires on my Mercedes E350. I had a set of Capitol UHP's put on them but something was not advantageous. I felt a wobbling in my steering Wheel at around 60 -65 mph. I took it back a few times to get the tires rebalanced and it was a mini better everytime but never quite the same. At the time, I just figured I was being picky and forgot about it. Last week though, I got to reflective about how it bugged me so I took them back. After rebalancing and rotating, the wobbly steering was still there. Then they looked at my front end and told me there was a little fritz but nothing major in the bushings. Finally today they put a new set of Capitol's on and charged me $350.00 (mainly because it had been 9 months). They also said my tires had some "feathering" on them where the tread was played out more in some areas. After putting new tires on, I still noticed the problem and called the tire shop. They are now offering to put a new set of Hankooks on at no additional onset. I guess what I am asking is could it be the front end, Capitols etc...etc...? Are the Hankook's a good tire or should I be pushing for something better (even if it does price me more) what do you think? Please let me know..
