Which colleges/universities should I apply for?

Class Rank: 4th
*I have taken many advanced and AP courses.

Extracurricular Activities:
1. Speech and Debate (3yrs)
2. Boy Scouts of America (Eagle Scout)
3. Method Olympiad (4 yrs since 8th grade, won one gold medal in regional, 5th place at state, and many silvers and bronze)
4. California Bursary Federation (3 yrs)
5. Lions Club International (2yrs, 150+ community service hours)
6. Math Bat (one of the selected few to compete in international high school math olympiad) (3yrs)
7. (Placed in and won several regional art competitions; I have created my own art portfolio)
8. Selected to be present at School In Japan for 2 months by the People to People Student Ambassador Program

Leadership:
1. Midriff school Science Olympiad captain Freshman year (1yr)
2. High school math league together secretary (1yr)
3. High school math club publicity (1yr)

No one can extraordinarily suggest schools for you to go to. You have great stuff so you can probably get into a lot of places. Check out US news college rankings to find some names but also go to collegeprowler.com which is a marvy resource that has insight from current students. Just from looking at your extra curiccs here is a few good schools:
Georgetown University (remarkable politics program)
Carnegie Mellon University (excellent engineering/art program)
New York University (adequate all around very hipster type place)
Reed College (strong liberal arts school but has talented science courses)

which extracurricular should I write my common app short response on?

I am debating on these three but im not reliable which one would look better

-Eagle Scout

-Amnesty International club (i am the founder and president of it in my school but talk about it bluntly already in my main essay

-Had an engineer internship at Princeton University this whole summer working with quantum cascade lasers to peeper ambient ammonia emissions.

1. BLAIR WALSH, Georgia (5-9, 184, 6) - Made 88.9 percent of his field goals (40 of 45) in 2009-'10 before slumping to 60 percent (21 of 35) as a senior for a career mark of 73.8 percent. "His problem will be consistency on field goals," one coach said. "Good form and technique. It's just his accuracy." Kicked off much better at the combine than for the Bulldogs. "He's got a great, I mean great leg," another coach said. "He had a 4.64 hang time on a kickoff at the combine. That's almost unheard of. Every now and then you'll get a guy with a great leg who might get a 4.4. And they're using brand-new NFL balls. That was incredibly impressive."

Mike Pagliarulo has been selected by the Yankees from the University of Miami in the sixth round of the 1981 order Money amateur. Recalled in July 1984, págs served as third baseman Yankee for five years before being traded to the San Diego Padres. He won one world to the great series with the Minnesota Twins in 1991 and played with the Baltimore Orioles, the Seibu Lions in Japan and the Texas Rangers before mature shy at the conclusion of the opportunity in 1995. A crowd favorite during his time with the Yankees, págs has been a resident recurrent Day Old Timers' since his retirement.

Since DOUCETTE, págs worked in scouting and consulting.
