Selling on Craigslist -- does this sound like a scam?

I'm annoying to sell a watch on Craigslist. I received an email asking if the item was still for sale. After I replied yes, I got this retort:

>>Hi, many thanks for the mail,i am interested in immediate purchase of the item for my son in West Africa (23402) as an Birthday Prize, but i will not be able to pickup the item from your place because i am currently out of the state for a conference meeting in spain and i will add $100 to your well off to cover the shipping fee through priority mail service international 6-10days and you can get this from your post office there , the payment will be made through PayPal because it is self-indulgent and secured to send and received money online do get back to me with your PayPal email address now for the instant payment waiting for your energetic reply.

Anything like this, sending to "Africa" is a scam. They send spurious Paypal emails asking for confirmed shipping before you get your Paypal money - that's fake.... Paypal (and thus you) never gets the shekels.

It's a SCAM!!! I'm selling a keep an eye on and Ipod on Craigslist right now and those scammers are not even original. They send me similar sounding emails from sundry addresses but all have the same traits: like they purchase a gift for smbd and are out of state, want to pay you with paypal or alertpay and always engagement instant or immediate payment. Here's one of my emails, sounds similar, doesn't it?
"Good Day, I am cheery to read from you that the item is still available for sales and to let you know that presently am not in state am in paris on business journey and,I will like to purchase it from you as soon as possible for a friend as a gift present.My mode of payment will be via(Alertpay).Scan more about Alertpay via(www.alertpay.com ) I will add $100 to your asking price to cover the cost of Shipment to my friend via (Swift Mail Service Us Post Office)Get back to me with your full Name,Address,City,State,Country,Code and Phone Several.So that i will proceed to send the fund to you immediately and better of you can sign up with alertpay via www.alertpay.com and get back to me with the email old....

People need more interior space. In the form of seating for 4. That's why crew cabs have become so incredibly popular.

Putting in a convertible roof over a cargo area in the rear sounds like a really good idea actually and would make for a very practical vehicle with better handing, performance and fuel economy than a pickup (in theory). But only if it doesn't sacrifice the 4 doors, seating for 4 and interior cargo space.
