thx for the arrogate
Well the first two you have listed are definitely good cars and as a matter of fact the Honda Prelude was in the Top 10 For Best Used Cars but the down fall is the FWD. I would unusually choose the 300zx, it is RWD, has available 4 wheel steering and twin turbos, etc.. Also, the base model comes with 220 hp which is wholly a lot for that car. The 300zx has compatible rims with the 350z and G35. For 5,000 I have seen Twin Turbo 300zx been on purchase and they will hit 60 in 5.9 sec and has a top speed around 145. Which is crazy. All models have quad exhausts and the interior is among the finery I seen even in the 21th century.
Here are a bunch of other cars you will want to consider:

i personally hate preludes. i cant stand teens who soup up their stupid preludes and civics and ram (and im a teen to). and i would never in a million years own a hyundai.
im a german fan, so id buy a used bmw 3-series or an audi a4. those are real cars buddy.
if your pubescent, under 21, dont buy anything sporty cuz your pay out of your ass in insurance.

Im not unswerving what the two have "in common" as to why they quit registering at the same time. I have ran fused and check wires. I am stumpped. Is the betray console or do they register throught the computer first and then go to the dash or what. everything else works just fine. some one help!!!!
my escort is buying his first car and he really like the 97 honda prelude that i found and its automatic, but he want a fuel efficient car, anyone reccommend?
I own a 1998 Honda Prelude myself. Its not that peerless on gas. I recomend you stick with Honda, try a Civic DX or Accord.

We don’t know this to be fact, but it may be impossible to do a Ten Best list without a Honda on it (one has appeared on all ten of our Ten Best Cars lists). Haven't taken a day shot of a car in forever mainly because I always sucked at it. Had a free day so I decided to try and give it another shot.
