After researching and switching b/w tons of cars.. ive relate to to these two cars. They are TOTALLY different cars but im pretty torn between the 2008 Ford Focus and the 2007/2008 Hyundai Elantra.
and have the impression free to suggest any other car!! my dad is willing to pay around $10,000 for a used car next summer :) and I want something reliable (of practice) and with a great interior (nice radio, cool features, etc.) and good gas mileage (preferably something with above 30 mpg highway) thanks!

the ford by far.
Ford is the only American house that can even stand in the same place as Honda and Toyota.
the cobalt is junk from the begining. I would get the focus
and than drop two 12 in it and a big ass amp.

I'm normally a Chevvy ourselves, however, Ford is the only company that still stands on its own in this country. So that would be a hard choice for me.

You cognizant of thats weird! cause i have that same problem! right now im all for the 2008 Ford Focus. the cobalt is really nice but ive heard it doesnt last as great as people say. and the interior is great BUT the focus has AMAZING features. I really like (for the sporty side) that side chrome let loose. i think it makes the focus look really awesome haha and for the interior... i think the focus has a outstanding futurisitc, modern type of look. and it also has a fantastic thing called sync! it lets you stopper in you ipod and phone and you can call people while your driving and switch between songs on the steering wheel!! AND the radio concealment thing displays the song artist and title!! and about mpg.. well the cobalt beats the focus on that one by like 2 mpg i think. im guessing youre theory about the auto trans. i know the focus gets 24 city/ 33 highway and i think the cobalt gets like 25 bishopric/ 35 highway. But i say the 2008 focus cause theres more pros than the cobalt. :)

Ford makes fair to middling quality cars that can compete against Japanese manufactures. GM vehicles are not very good.Ford Focus is the best choice.
my dad owns a 2008 ford f-250 diesel and covet to put a intake in the truck to get better fuel economy. What is the best intake for the truck. We are looking for a rectitude intake that wont damage the truck. I was looking at a bully dog and a banks. We are just focusing on encourage economy. Please help!!!
