should i buy this 1997 ford with plow?

HI, doubtlessly i need a good truck with a plow to start my second year of snow removal proprietorship and some one off craigslist is selling his 1997 ford f250 with 165,XXX milages V8 4X4. He is asking 6200 for the truck with plow included. The plow is rusty car looks okay. The question is, on kbb is listed only 4300 if is in good condition with the plow sugusted price for private soir. Il need a truck with a hitch also which i dont think the truck has and need good brakes for the snow age and a tune up and new tires and oil change well cost around 1000-1500. How much do you i should buy the truck for? At first i thought about 4500. No with all the extra ram involve i need alot of opinions.

2000- 2004 ford f250 diesel truck.?

im looking at buy a sundries between 2000-2004 i want mine to be 4x4 and diesel. ive saw a few trucks. do diesel start that easy in cold weather? can u virtuous put stuff in the fuel tank and it wont gell up? is there a big difference from a 6.0 and a 7.3 liter? ive looked at both. cant deside which to get. i somebody the 7.3 will take more fuel. i dont want that. so i figured i was going to go with a 6.0. but if there isnt a difference at all i would valid go with the 7.3. how many mpg does the 6.0? how many mpg does the 7.3 get? and for the last question. do these start for the most part in the winter time? thanks for the infomation.
