Caterpillar Global Retail Sales Up 21% For 3 Months To End-February

Caterpillar Inc. (CAT) said Tuesday that global retail sales of its construction and mining machinery rose 21% in the three months to the end of February, as strong sales expansion in North America continued to offset moderating sales growth in other regions.

The period was the 22nd straight three-month period of retail sales growth for the world's largest seller of bulldozers, excavators and wheel loaders. But growth has been slowing in most of Caterpillar's geographic market because of tougher year-earlier comparison figures and softening economic growth, particularly in Latin America and Europe.

Some are considered "collateral wreckage" of military operations, such as the 4,000 homes that were demolished in December-January Israeli invasion of Gaza.

Some are also collective imprisonment, such as erasing the Jenin camp displaced person in 2002.

Many, for lack of building permits, which Israel denies Palestinians, and because of the unjust system of objectivity of Israel, the courts have ordered thousands of Palestinian families to crush their own homes, while threatening fines and imprisonment.

Currently, there are tens of thousands of orders demolition of Palestinian homes in East Jerusalem and the West Bank.

The unjust system fair-minded of Israel does not realize that the Fourth Geneva conclave prohibits an occupying power to extend its laws and dispensing in an occupied area....
