What do you think of this new highly efficient BMW 3 series?

It's called the 320d SE Efficacious Dynamics and does 68.9mpg (combined), has 163hp and 265lb/ft torque. 0-62mph takes 8.2secs. Surely Impressive I think.

If you're in the USA or anywhere else not in Europe, do you think this car would sell where you are? Would you buy one if you were looking for a bmw 3 series or equivalent? Yes - maybe they would have to make a few modifications for US regulations, but just assume that could be easily done. And it's only available as a manual... although BMW do have an 8 speediness auto coming soon that works with stop start technology.

just interested in other people's thoughts in effect. I think it's really impressive how much they have improved both power and fuel economy over the last decade. 9 years ago the 320d only managed 136bhp and 49.6mpg, so they've gained 25bhp and almost 20mpg, as well as the car being a little bigger.

The go over again I read was full of praise - so I don't see why it shouldn't appeal to buyers. We are all going to have to be more energy conscious and this is a step in the accurately direction.

Bmw 3 series convertible?

I am no joking considering buying a Bmw convertible. Looking at the 2001-2006 model. Does anyone know what the 2 and 2.5 litre is like to run?

How well does the structure hood cope during cold (ice and snow) weather? Do you have to protect it and store it in a garage to minimise frost stage set?

Also, do you get much noise driving on motorways? If buying second hand, what should I look out for?

Hi I have a 2005 BMW 3 series and due recently my convertible top won't go down. Everytime I press the convertible button an orange light flashes. Does anyone distinguish how I can fix this?
Also I cleaned out my trunk and it still would not go down?

Can anyone send me a diagram of the 2002 BMW 3 series, flow box?I have problem turning the fan off and on!The key doesn't work. Other than the broken fuse, can u think of any other reason causing this outgoing? Thanks....
