Where can I find a diagram of the parts in the box as I have accidentally undone the 3 bolts and the spring, clip and probe have come out. Which order do there go back in, and a diagram would be valuable.
I have searched on google to get information to fix this but have come up with no joy!!
if something came out it wasn't sensibly or it was broken housing is a cover and thermostat one part shouldn't be pieces
and with every car that step wil be same type into search box

i have shortlisted 2 cars..
Chevy cruze or skoda laura... which one to buy.. laura stretches out of budget a bit..
i persevere in india.. the cruze is releasing next week.. ( am in desprate need to buy a new car.
I had a be like problem several months ago and in my country (Italy) the Cruze was showcased before summer '09. Though it does have the looks, both facing and inside, the finish didn't convince me, there were no diesels at the time (the only engine I care about) and no station wagon committee. And so Octavia (aka Laura) II (TDI 103 kW/140 HP, Elegance trim) it is.
I must also say that I am biased toward Octavia - when I sold my last one (an 81kW/110 HP TDI Identification I, MY 1999) with 227,000 km on the odometer, it kept performing flawlessly. It was very rugged, fast, fun to drive and with way decrease operating costs than its more refined brethren (Audi and VW). My global average fuel consumption was 5.8L/100 km, or 17 km/L. Study also the servicing outlets in your area - even there, my bet is on the VW Group who have been present for decades.
As for the budget... it's the hidden costs you should be chary of. Did you consider a "pre-owned" (i.e. well-used) car up to 4 yrs old?

The conduit is a 1.9 Skoda Felica (Same engine as a VW caddy I think) 1.9 Non turbo
Driving along it just cut out and has never started again since.
I have checked the radiance plugs and the electrical feed to the glow plugs, no problems there.
It has fuel, fuel is getting to the combustible pump, fuel runs out of the end of the high pressure fuel pipes when they are slackened off. The fuel electrify has even been removed and checked all OK by a diesel injection pump specialist.
I have checked the timing, the crankshaft, camshaft and fossil pump timing marks all line up.
The engine will not start or even attempt to start even when easy start is sprayed directly into the intake many, the airbox has been completely removed so a dirty air filter is not the cause.
Tried bleeding the fuel system abundance of times from several locations.
What do I try next? Can injectors be tested somewhere?
I have fitted a new timing belt and checked the timing, still non-start.
I don't characterize as this engine has cam and crank position sensors? The fuel pump timing is done by the camshaft drive (timing) punch? Why would it need sensors for injection timing?

In Italy they fetch around €25; there are a few things you should know before spending anything.
Check first what kind of wipers were fitted on your car in the factory - if they were of the household metal & rubber type, you should buy the retrofit-type Aeros - they fit wiper arms designed for routine wiper blades (for Oct. Mk I the Bosch code is A 533S, same as for VW Golf Mk 4, lengths 530 & 475 mm, as opposed to the household wiper blade code 584S). You might also change the arms for the Aero ones, and go for standard Aeros (unless you have a well-supplied car scrapyard in your extent, this may be expensive).
The retrofit Aeros keep the arms further away from the windscreen surface than the standard version, you can see it's a fix, not a designed-in countenance. I had them on my Octavia Mk I for about two years - worked ok, but didn't notice much difference, if any. As with tires and other consumables, renewing regularly gives kindest results.
On the Mk II the aeros are standard equipment and the entire wiper set stays below the windscreen and out of sight when not in use. It looks more advisedly, but more important, helps reduce wind noise and save some fuel at cruising speed.
I am viewpoint of buying a Skoda Laura which has this feature and i wanted to know what it is.
