I live in Florida. My car accident was due to the person running a Red light. He was at fault as stated in the police report. The other party's insurance is taking their time to settle our claim. My question is: what is the time limit for an insurance claim to be settled?
Let's recap the last couple of years since the Liberals have taken over Congress, and recently the White House.
Fannie and Freddie almost made the US economy collapse (Marx mentioned needing a crisis to take over)
Banks, most banks are either owned outright by the Federal government, having been taken over by regulators, or they are so far in debt to the Federal government that ownership is just a formality.=SOCIALISM
Auto Industry, 2 out of 3 US auto manufacturers are controlled by the federal government, they both owe the government billions upon billions and the President can appoint CEOs =SOCIALISM
Heath Care industry, Obama and his liberal congress are pushing legislation to literally take over 20% of the US economy incrementally= SOCIALISM
SK, I understand the the political fringe is a little slow. the 20% is only the health care industry...
My agenda is, but the administration isn't even liberal, let alone radical.

You will find it borders on fascism.
Where socialism sought totalitarian control of a society’s economic processes through direct state operation of the means of production, fascism sought that control indirectly, through domination of nominally private owners. Where socialism nationalized property explicitly, fascism did so implicitly, by requiring owners to use their property in the “national interest”—that is, as the autocratic authority conceived it. (Nevertheless, a few industries were operated by the state.) Where socialism abolished all market relations outright, fascism left the appearance of market relations while planning all economic activities. Where socialism abolished money and prices, fascism controlled the monetary system and set all prices and wages politically. In doing all this, fascism denatured the marketplace. Entrepreneurship was abolished. State ministries, rather than consumers, determined what was produced and under what conditions.

Fidel Castro calls himself a fellow progressive, along with American liberals. Most progressives would probably like to see America as a larger version of Cuba. And they go on the internet and advocate it, even though the internet is banned in Cuba. Using the tools of capitalism to destroy capitalism: a Leninist approach.

Taking 20% of the US economy is not Socialism.
Socialism is the economic system of removing all private ownership of companies and corporations. So far, the banks and even GM is still in private hands.
The closet thing the US came to Socialism is WWII, when the government became the primary employer. It rationed and controlled the manufacturing and distribution of over 60% of the products and services. Yet no one complained about that.

Fannie and Freddie were not the Democrats fault Lie number 1
Banking systems were in complete heart failure when Obama took office and needed direct immediate help and maybe even more You lie number 2
The auto industry needed the strenght, (which they will pay back as well as the banks most of the money) to carry on, not because they could not sell cars but people could not get financing because bush ruined the economy by the two wars and debt and spending Your lie number 3
No one has said that any healthcare legislation is TAKING OVER anything and that is the most insidious lie and it is a lie.
You have spewed your rant, but your rant is lies, all of it and you people are going to lose this one because you have no idea how bad you have peeved off the younger generation with your bias and mostly racial in nature.
Do you want to talk about the school speech? How about the Wars? How about economics in a real debate? I will answer your questions anytime, anywhere public or private for you are no challenge to a real brain.
Debunked.
By a girl who is 21....lol

I know so many people that lock them self's inside there cars but this will help solve there problems:
The key will have a tracker built into it ( like Cadillac keys) and the car will know if the keys are in the car. The car will know if someone is in the car by sitting in the seat ( when the cars not moving. the seat will have a built in scale to know someone is in the car) When the key is in the car and that scale knows someone is in it. it wont -Auto lock-.....

Democrats rev up auto bailout politics against Romney, Santorum in Michigan
17.05.12
DETROIT -- As Michigan Republicans cast ballots in the state's presidential primary on Tuesday, President Obama will headline a United Auto Workers conference in Washington to celebrate "the rescue of Detroit." Make that his rescue of Detroit.
"We didn't make the decisions on which day the UAW would hold their conference," White House principal deputy press secretary Josh Earnest said, denying the timing was political.
Still, Obama's speech will be a fitting cap to a week of Democratic efforts to damage Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney, two GOP presidential contenders who opposed the auto bailout and are battling it out to win Michigan. The Democrats are particularly focused on Romney, a Michigan native who four years ago wrote a New York Times op-ed headlined "Let Detroit Go Bankrupt."

“I Am T-Pain” Auto-Tune and Recording App Comes to iPhone ...
by Rolling Stone
T-Headache knows most people come up with two things when they catch his name: “I have top hats and there’s Auto-Listen to,” he tells Rolling Stone . He opted to froing the subordinate signature into a new iPhone use developed with Smule. The “I Am T-Spasm” app costs $2.99 and lets users convert their own spokesperson into Auto-Tuned vocals, recount tracks and tributary them to Facebook or MySpace and fabricate their own songs, Jay-Z be damned: “I portend most of the greatest rappers are singing now,” he says. Click above to be careful of Soulja Boy, Keri Hilson and Akon getting their own first looks at the app (we’ve got a temporary demo after the leave out, too).
“The same obsession I use in the studio, that’s gonna be on the phone,” T-Distress says of Dr. Andy Hildebrand’s studio technology, hastily exploring the complexities of Auto-Disregard software: “I don’t identify how, but Dr. Andy uses the same math and the same continue they use for oil digging.” There’s more info on the app elbow at the iTunes aggregate .
